Fortifying Safety Defenses, Consolidating High-Quality Development | Smart Control’s 2026 Safety Month Series Concludes Successfully

Safety is the cornerstone of enterprise development and the lifeline for sustained and steady growth. In August 2026, Smart Control carried out a full slate of Safety Month activities. The headquarters and all subsidiaries conducted tiered safety hazard inspections and closed-loop rectification of identified issues. Emergency evacuation drills and diverse safety training sessions were organized to reinforce safety awareness through theoretical learning and practical exercises. Promotional campaigns and related activities facilitated hazard identification, embedding safety management as a core tenet for every employee.

I. Kick-off: Safety Month Mobilization Meeting Launches the Campaign

On August 1, 2026, the Safety Month launch meeting was held at the company headquarters campus. Attaching great importance to this campaign, the company set up a safety committee led by the chairman and general manager. Three special working groups were established under the committee, focusing on production safety, cybersecurity and safety culture development, to coordinate the orderly implementation and closed-loop management of all safety initiatives. All subsidiaries held synchronized mobilization events, refined implementation plans and enforced accountability at every level, fostering a strong culture where everyone cares about safety, participates in safety and takes responsibility for safety.

II. Proactive Inspections: Headquarters and Subsidiaries Conduct Special Safety Audits

Throughout the campaign, safety officers were appointed at the headquarters and subsidiaries. All departments actively identified and reported safety hazards on-site. Comprehensive, full-coverage safety inspections were carried out across production workshops, office areas, staff canteens, dormitories and project sites. A hazard ledger was established accordingly, with strict closed-loop management following the workflow: identification – rectification – acceptance – closure. This ensured full staff engagement and effective corrections, delivering thorough risk identification and complete hazard elimination.

III. Integrated Learning & Assessment: Themed Safety Training Boosts Safety Awareness

The company delivered company-wide training on production safety and cybersecurity via a hybrid online-offline format. Upon training completion, participants took real-time online assessments. This integrated learning-and-examination approach strengthened retention of safety knowledge.

Production Safety Training

This session focused on safety precautions and emergency response procedures during manufacturing. Combined with site conditions and typical case studies, it effectively improved employees’ self-protection capabilities.

Cybersecurity Training

The company collaborated with regional cybersecurity authorities to popularize cybersecurity knowledge. The training covered AI usage codes of practice, corporate confidential information management, and office fraud prevention. It systematically illustrated potential security risks faced by the enterprise and employees in daily work to raise security awareness.

IV. Drills for Preparedness: Emergency Evacuation Exercises for Risk Prevention

The headquarters organized emergency evacuation drills to build emergency response capacity among all employees. Firefighting skills training was conducted on-site, with professional guidance on the proper operation of fire extinguishers, fire hoses and other equipment. Participants engaged in hands-on practice, greatly enhancing employees’ practical emergency skills and capabilities for self-rescue and mutual rescue.

Subsidiaries and project stations rolled out diverse emergency drills and fire safety training tailored to local conditions, ensuring safety requirements were implemented in every detail.

V. Culture-Driven Safety: Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Responds to Emergencies

To continuously raise safety awareness and foster a safety-first culture, the company disseminated safety concepts through multi-channel online and offline publicity, building visible safety information displays that are visible at a glance and accessible for learning at any stop.

Meanwhile, two company-wide activities were launched: the Spot-a-Hazard Photo Contest and the AI Short Video Creation Challenge. Open to all employees with no entry barriers, the campaigns offered attractive prizes. These initiatives ensured the Safety Month reached every member of staff to jointly guard the safety line.

Spot-a-Hazard Photo Contest: Fun Hazard Spotting

Employees were encouraged to spot potential safety risks around them. Smart Control team members submitted suggestions covering office safety, production safety, information security, equipment protection and on-site signage. Responsible departments and subsidiaries responded promptly to implement rectification after receiving feedback.

AI Short Video Creation: Become a Safety Ambassador

Participants created videos with AI tools based on real safety hazards around them, magnifying easily overlooked safety details to trigger reflection across the organization and drive subsequent rectification. Amid the vibrant atmosphere of company-wide creation, a number of eye-opening exemplary cases emerged, accumulating valuable experience for the company’s safety management.

Safety Month has a closing date, yet work safety is an endless endeavor. Taking this Safety Month as an opportunity, Smart Control will consolidate experience and address weaknesses. Effective practices including hazard inspection & remediation, themed safety training and emergency drills will be incorporated into routine management systems. The company will continue to rigorously and meticulously implement all work safety measures. With a solid safety foundation, Smart Control will support the enterprise’s high-quality and sustainable development.
