As the new year begins, everything takes on a fresh look. With the arrival of 2026, we stand shoulder to shoulder once again at a new starting point. On behalf of Smart Control, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to every colleague and every partner.

To all Smart Control employees, thank you for your boldness, drive, and resilience, which have enabled us to turn challenges into opportunities. To our partners, thank you for your trust and continued collaboration, which have given us the strength to achieve one breakthrough after another.

Looking back on 2025, we met challenges with courage and determination, explored new paths through innovation, and remained committed to doing work that truly matters—creating opportunities for talent to flourish, driving development through innovation, and ensuring that Smart Control’s growth moves in step with the progress of society and the times.

Over the past year, we have strengthened our foundations and reinforced our core businesses. We continued to make breakthroughs in new energy, three-electric systems, and intelligent control. In the new energy business, major energy storage power station projects were successfully connected to the grid, while our energy storage products expanded into the telecommunications sector. In the three-electric systems business, we established partnerships with globally renowned companies, further enhancing our international competitiveness. In intelligent control, our products and services continued to earn recognition from major customers, deepening and broadening our strategic relationships with them.

Over the past year, our home has become more beautiful, and our confidence in the future has grown stronger. At our new campus, we celebrated the remarkable milestone of Smart Control’s 20th anniversary. Our relocation to the new campus represents far more than an upgrade to our facilities. It marks a fresh starting point for the company’s pursuit of high-quality growth and gives us new momentum to soar toward greater heights.

The coming year will be a pivotal year for Smart Control’s “Second Entrepreneurship” initiative—a year of overcoming critical challenges. It will also be a defining year for advancing our strategic vision of an integrated, intelligent ecosystem spanning vehicles, roads, cloud, and energy.

We will continue to use technological innovation as our pen and industrial practice as our ink, writing a new chapter of dedication and action across new energy, three-electric systems, intelligent control, and other key fields. We will not simply repeat the past. Instead, we will continue to grow, reach higher, and redefine what the future can hold.In the year ahead, may we retain the fearless enthusiasm of young pioneers, boldly explore what lies ahead, and deeply connect the growth of our teams and our company with this era of innovation.
