On January 18, Smart Control successfully held its annual gala, themed “Striving Upward, Embracing Innovation, Looking Toward the Future,” in an atmosphere of great enthusiasm. Looking back on 2024, Smart Control forged ahead through challenges, surpassed its own limits, and achieved one groundbreaking “zero-to-one” feat after another. Every Smart Control employee has written their own story by fearlessly facing challenges, and their dedication and passion have created one “Smart Control chapter” after another.
At the start of the annual meeting, Smart Control co-founder Zeng Hui reflected deeply on the arduous journey of 2024. He remarked with emotion, “At a time when everyone thought it was impossible, Smart Control employees chose to persevere and break through, demonstrating a spirit that fears no hardship and dares to push boundaries!” As he spoke from the heart, Mr. Zeng choked up several times, moving the entire audience. We are grateful for the hardships that have made success all the more hard-won; we are grateful for the experiences that have built Smart Control’s formidable spiritual fortress!
Next, during the annual awards ceremony, Smart Control’s outstanding employees were honored with various awards for their exceptional performance and tireless efforts. Behind every honor lies the sweat and hard work of countless Smart Control employees, who have demonstrated through their actions what “teamwork, innovative breakthroughs, and fearless challenges” truly mean.
Smart Control’s New Energy Project Team received the Best Team Award. The team leader of the Baotou Energy Storage project explained, “We not only faced time-related ‘impossibilities’ but also had to contend with severe and harsh weather conditions. Ultimately, with unwavering perseverance, we turned one ‘impossibility’ after another into ‘I can.’”
Following the awards ceremony, Smart Control Chairman Zhang Huahong delivered a powerful speech, stating: “No one supported my lofty aspirations, yet I trekked through the snow to reach the mountaintop! Smart Control started in the construction machinery sector with the fearlessness of a young bull; though we faced countless difficulties, we never gave up on our dreams.” Chairman Zhang expressed his gratitude to all Smart Control employees, particularly noting that in the fourth quarter of 2024, Smart Control simultaneously advanced several major projects. Facing immense pressure, the Smart Control team overcame one obstacle after another with extraordinary determination and ultimately delivered outstanding results.”
Looking ahead to 2025, Chairman Zhang is full of confidence and anticipates that the new wave of intelligent technology will bring even greater opportunities to Smart Control. He pointed out that the industry’s high-end and intelligent sectors are brimming with vitality; combined with AI technology, Smart Control’s all-new intelligent architecture will further drive the industry’s development. Smart Control’s future belongs to every Smart Control employee who dares to strive; together, we will march hand in hand toward an even more glorious tomorrow.
