On July 19, 2026, alongside the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), the high-end themed forum titled “World Physical Models: Reshaping the New Paradigm of Industrial AI” was grandly held at the Shanghai World Expo Center, the main venue of the forum.
At the forum, Mr. Zhang Huahong, Chairman of Smart Control, and Ms. Xie Rong, Chairwoman of Beijing ForceControl Yuantong Technology Co., Ltd., signed an in-depth strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Centered on cutting-edge technologies of Physical AI and world physical models, the two sides will focus on the smart mine sector to carry out all-round collaborative innovation, and jointly drive the leapfrog upgrading of the industrial and mining industry toward safety, high efficiency, green development and intelligence.

Complementary Strengths: Cooperation Consolidates Hard-core Capabilities
This strategic cooperation represents precise complementarity between upstream and downstream players in the industrial chain in terms of core technologies, scenario resources and platform capabilities. The in-depth integration of respective advantages lays a solid foundation for the implementation of the partnership.
As a full-scene intelligent control and integrated energy service provider, Smart Control has years of in-depth experience in the intelligentization of construction machinery and mobile mining equipment, boasting profound industry expertise. Especially in mining automation business, the company has accumulated massive, authentic and highly valuable basic operational data, laying a solid practical foundation for the digital reconstruction of industrial scenarios.
As a domestic leader in industrial software and SCADA, ForceControl Yuantong has long focused on the R&D and industrial application of world physical model technologies. Its self-developed Physical AI foundation model and simulation training platform are designed to form a full-lifecycle closed loop covering “perception – simulation – decision-making”.
The signing marks the seamless integration of Smart Control’s authentic control data from complex scenarios such as mines and ForceControl Yuantong’s powerful mechanism simulation and AI inference capabilities.

Signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Focusing on Smart Mines for Multi-Dimensional Collaborative Implementation
The signed agreement identifies smart mines as the core area of focus. Leveraging their respective strengths, both parties will carry out in-depth joint development to deploy Physical AI technologies across the full business chain of mines:
Relying on world physical models, ForceControl Yuantong builds a mine-wide digital twin simulation platform to perform high-precision physical simulation and deduction of mining geological conditions, travel routes of heavy-duty vehicles and operating motions of mining and excavation equipment. Smart Control rapidly adapts the optimal control strategies and cluster scheduling algorithms generated by simulation to its self-developed vehicle-mounted electronic control systems and remote unmanned terminals. This realizes pre-verification of algorithms on the simulation side → rapid deployment and iteration on physical equipment, greatly shortening the R&D cycle of mine intelligent solutions and avoiding on-site trial-and-error risks.
For high-risk links including underground excavation, slope monitoring and fleet operation of heavy-duty mining trucks, the two sides combine the real-time deduction capability of Physical AI with Smart Control’s on-board perception and control hardware. They upgrade functions including active hazard avoidance of equipment, advance fault prediction and autonomous scheduling of unmanned clusters. This reduces the frequency of high-risk manual mine operations at the technical level and systematically improves mine work safety.
The physical model optimizes the full chain covering energy consumption, mining efficiency and material transportation processes. Combined with Smart Control’s vehicle electronic control systems, it enables precise energy consumption management for individual equipment and intelligent allocation of overall transport capacity within mining areas. This helps mining enterprises cut costs and boost efficiency while complying with industrial green and low-carbon development policies.
Both parties will jointly refine replicable, modular integrated Physical AI smart mine solutions, shifting from customized scattered projects to standardized product delivery and accelerating the large-scale rollout of advanced technologies in large and medium-sized domestic mines.
The AI industry is now rapidly extending from purely digital virtual worlds to real physical scenarios. Physical models and Physical AI have become core competitive tracks for industrial intelligence.
Going forward, starting from the WAIC signing, Smart Control and ForceControl Yuantong will continue to develop benchmark smart mine projects, expand innovative applications of Physical AI in the mining sector, and continuously inject innovative momentum into the safe, green, high-quality and long-term development of mines.
